  • It operates primarily in the energy sector, focusing on lignite mining and power generation through thermal power plants.
  • This position is exclusively for Project Affected Persons (PAPs) of NLCIL.
  • The duration of the trainee program is 3 years, and selected candidates will be posted to any place/unit/area of NLC India Limited.

How to apply

  • Candidates should apply only online through the NLC official website using the provided Apply link.
  • Before registering or applying online, candidates must ensure they possess a valid and active mobile number and personal email ID, which they should keep active throughout the selection process. NLCIL will communicate all training-related information solely through SMS and email until the selection process concludes.
  • Candidates must upload the required scanned copies of self-attested documents and certificates in the prescribed format to establish their eligibility. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the application.
  • Candidates applying for more than one training scheme should submit separate Registration-cum-Application Forms along with the necessary enclosures for each scheme.
  • Each candidate should submit only one application for one training scheme. Multiple applications or registrations will be disregarded, and only the last registered application will be considered for further processing.
  • Candidates should ensure that they upload all required documents before submitting their applications. After uploading a document, the online portal will provide a "View Document" option for candidates to verify their submissions.
  • After uploading the necessary documents and certificates, candidates must submit their applications online. They should also take a printout of the registration cum application form and produce it along with self-attested copies of certificates/documents during the Document/Certificate verification process.
  • The scrutiny of applications to shortlist candidates will be based solely on the documents and certificates uploaded by candidates during the online registration/application submission.
  • The company will not entertain any manual or paper applications, and candidates are advised against sending any hard copies to the office.
  • The online application portal for registration will be active from 10:00 hours on 20/03/2024 to 17:00 hours on 19/04/2024.
  • In support of educational qualifications or whenever multiple documents (such as mark sheets, certificates, PAP documents, etc.) need to be uploaded, candidates should arrange all documents in chronological order within a single PDF file for upload. Attempting to upload multiple PDF files will result in overwriting, and only the last uploaded file will be saved.
