Professor	Soon	A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the Industrial Psychology/Educational Measurement/ Psychometrics/ Organisational Psychology/ Psychological Measurement with at least 55% marks in Postgraduation. At least 12 years of post qualification (after Ph.D.) Experience.
Assistant General Manager (Information Technology)	Soon	Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Tele communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology / Computer Applications or equivalent from University/Board recognised by GOI. At least 10 years of post qualification experience.
Research Associate	Soon	Post Graduation in Psychology / Education/ Psychometrics / Statistics/ Psychological Measurement/ Management (Specialization in HR) with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities / Institutes. At least 1 year of post qualification experience in Academic Research /Test Development. .
Hindi Officer	Soon	Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a major or elective subject at Graduation. Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi/English as a major or elective subject and English/Hindi as medium of examination at degree level. At least 1 year of experience in Hindi translation.
Deputy Manager (Accounts) (Chartered Accountant)	Soon	Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant. At least 1 year of post qualification experience.

About Recruitment

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) operates as a central recruitment agency under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance within the Government of India.
Established with the objective of facilitating the recruitment and placement of young graduates, postgraduates, and doctoral candidates into positions ranging from Group 'A' officers to Group 'D' employees within nationalized banks and regional rural banks across India.
Additionally, IBPS offers standardized assessment and result processing services to various organizations.
The role entails the development of tests primarily focused on assessing cognitive abilities, with limited evaluation of personality traits. Responsibilities include creating content for diverse simulation exercises, conducting assessment centers, and engaging in research within the domains of psychometrics and psychological measurements.
Other duties include planning and executing various selection projects and providing academic leadership.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing experience in leadership roles, research, and the development of objective tests, psychological and educational assessments, as well as proficiency in computer usage.

Following this, the system will generate and display a provisional registration number and password.
Candidates are required to make a note of the provisional registration number and password for future reference.
Additionally, an email and SMS containing the provisional registration number and password will be dispatched.
Candidates can revisit the application using the provided provisional registration number and password to make any necessary edits.
Documents supporting identity and eligibility (age, educational qualifications, experience, etc.), along with photographs, signatures, left thumb impressions, and a handwritten declaration, must be uploaded.
It is advisable for candidates to carefully complete the online application themselves, as no changes will be permitted after submission.
Before final submission, candidates should thoroughly review all fields filled in the application form.
In case of inability to complete the application in one go, candidates can save entered data for subsequent completion.
