About Recruitment

Coal India Limited (CIL) is an A-Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India.
It stands as the single largest coal-producing company globally, contributing approximately 79% of the total coal production in India.
Presently, the company is seeking applicants for various Medical Executive positions.
The Medical Executive is tasked with attending to medical emergencies in mines/projects/establishments/hospitals and providing occupational health services for a cohort of mines & stakeholders.

How to apply

Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Candidates must have completed a one-year compulsory internship.
Without producing a valid Registration certificate from MCI/DCI/State Medical Council/State Dental Council, as well as result/passing certificate/relevant documents in their original form, applicants will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
The prescribed format of the application form for the post of Medical Executives is enclosed in the official notification.
Candidates are required to send the duly filled application form as an advance copy in the provided format, along with self-attested copies of testimonials via Speed Post to The General Manager(Personnel)/HoD(EE), Executive Establishment Department, 2nd Floor, Coal Estate, Western Coalfields Limited, Civil Lines, Nagpur, Maharashtra-440001. The applications should reach within the stipulated date of 11/04/2024 by 05:00 PM. Applications received after this date will not be entertained.
No other mode of delivery (by hand/email/couriers, etc.) of applications will be accepted.
A candidate can apply for only one post in a Subsidiary. If applications are received for both Senior Medical Officer and Medical Specialists/Sr. Medical Specialists in a subsidiary, the application will be considered against Medical Specialists/Sr. Medical Specialists, regardless of which one is more recent.
If multiple applications are received from a candidate for the same post, the most recent (current) application will be considered final.
The documents to be submitted are as mentioned in the official notification.
Candidates shortlisted for the interview are advised to present themselves at the interview locations with all the required documents in their original form, along with two photocopies of each document and the duly filled Application form as provided in the advertisement.
At the interview locations, the applications along with the original documents of the candidates will be screened.
Any candidate with an incomplete application or any discrepancy found regarding eligibility criteria, non-availability of original certificates, or Attempt Certificate will not be considered for a personal interview.
