How to apply

The applicant must be a citizen of India.
Candidates are mandated to complete the online application form.
Additionally, candidates must dispatch the printout of their online filled-in Application Form along with completed proformas as per Annexures I (details available on the University website), accompanied by supporting documentary evidence and the prescribed fees to the Recruitment Branch, Delhi Technological University, Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi-110042, within ten days (i.e., by 24.04.2024) from the last date of online application submission, i.e., 14.04.2024.
Should a candidate wish to apply for multiple disciplines or positions, separate online application forms must be submitted along with proof of the requisite fees.
The post of Assistant Professor will entail a screening test.
Evaluation of candidates will be based on submitted evidence such as copies of publications, project sanction letters, project completion/utilization certificates issued by the Institute/University, patent acknowledgments and approval letters, Ph.D. award letters/research scholar guidance notifications, among others.
Admit cards for the screening test will be downloadable from the University website for eligible Assistant Professor candidates.
The application fee amounts to Rs. 1,000/- for UR/OBC* candidates and Rs. 500/- for EWS/SC/ST* category candidates. Payment of the application fee is accepted via Demand Draft, dated no later than the last date for online application submission.
Additionally, the Application Form must be accompanied by self-attested copies of Educational and Professional Qualifications, Experience certificates, Caste Certificate/PwBD Certificate (if applicable), for those claiming reservation benefits.
