About Recruitment
- Indian Railways is of immense historical significance, being one of the oldest and largest railway networks globally.

- Currently, Indian Railways is actively seeking candidates to fill various positions for Technician Grade-I Signal and Technician Grade-III roles.
- Eligible candidates must hold citizenship of India, Nepal, or Bhutan, or adhere to guidelines specified in the attached official notification.
- Upon selection, candidates will be required to execute a Surety & Indemnity Bond on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.100/-, committing to serve the Company for a duration of 4 years. Breach of contract will incur a penalty of Rupees Four Lakhs only.
How to apply
- Candidates must possess their own active mobile number and a valid personal email ID for all communication throughout the entire duration of the recruitment process, as all communication will solely occur through SMS and/or email.
- Any candidate who submits more than one application for a pay level against this CEN will be summarily rejected and subsequently debarred from all future examinations conducted by RRBs and Railway Recruitment Cell (RRCs).
- Candidates must already hold the Educational/Technical qualifications prescribed in the CEN from a recognized Institute/University as of the last date (i.e., 08.04.2024) for the submission of the ONLINE application.
- Those awaiting results of their final examination of the prescribed educational/technical qualification SHOULD NOT apply.
- Candidates must first 'Create an account for this CEN through the link provided on the official RRB websites.
- No changes in details filled in the 'Create an Account' form (including mobile number and email) will be permitted later.
- If a candidate has already created an account for CEN No. 01/2024, they should use the same account credentials to log in and apply for this CEN GEN No. 02/2024 as well.
- Each candidate is allowed to apply to only one RRB for a specific pay level, and only one common ONLINE application should be submitted by a candidate for any or all of the notified posts, in the order of preference in that pay level, for which the candidate is eligible and interested to apply. Applications should be submitted only through any of the official RRB websites.
- Candidates having multiple educational qualifications that make them eligible to apply for Pay Levels 2 and Pay Level 5 (for example, ITI in the relevant trade and also any one of the prescribed qualifications for Technician Grade I Signal) must submit separate applications for each Pay Level, i.e., one application for Technician Grade III and another application for Technician Grade I Signal.
- After creating an account, please follow the instructions for filling up the ONLINE application.
- Candidates must fill the ONLINE application form with correct information and re-check before submission.
- Applicants will not be able to make any corrections in the ONLINE application after submission of the application.
- After submission of the application, the candidate will be directed to choose the mode of payment of examination fee and complete the payment process.
- Finally, acceptance of the ONLINE application will occur only after receiving confirmation of fee payment. The applicant will receive confirmation of successful payment ONLINE through email & SMS.
